- Do I get a receipt?
Upon enrollment and payment our system emails you the following:
Email containing the username and password
Email with PDF attachment of your receipt
You can also print your receipt at anytime by logging in to your online course and CLICKING on MY ACCOUNT.
- How can I check the shipping status of my order?
Only students ordering the PRINTED version of the course receive a course book in the mail. Please allow 7 business days to receive your book in the mail. In the unlikely event that you have not received your course book within the time persion indicated please call us at 1-888-497-8413
- How do I log in to the course?
Upon enrollment you will receive an email containing your username and password.
- How do I print my certificate?
Once you have PASSED the online course you will be instantly provided with an link to print your certificate thru the REPORTS MANAGER section of the TESTING CENTER. It is important that you print your certificate the same day you pass the test.
Offline students please refer to your manual for details.
- I have a problem with the online course book.
Once you have logged in to the course you can view, download or print your course book. In order to view the course book you will neeed the lastest version of Adobe Acrobat a free file viewing software.
Many computers already have this software installed.
- I just enrolled but did not complete the payment information?
The enrollment is a 2 step process.
- On the 1st screen you will be prompted for your personal information along with your CTEC registration number.
- On the 2nd screen you will be prompted for your credit card information. If for whatever reason you do not complete this step our system will email you a confirmation email notifying you that your account was created but you will not be granted access until you pay for the course.
- I took your course last year can I take it again this year?
Yes, our course changes every year.
- Once I enroll when will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged that day you register. Should you have billing related issue you can call our support desk at 1-888-565-3397.
- What are my payment options?
All course enrollments are proccesed online. We accept visa and mastercard, all transactions on our site are enrcrypted with the lastest technology for your protection. In the event you would like to enroll OFFLINE via fax or mail with a check or money order.
- What If I need help?
When you are enrolled in a course you have access to our support center, simply login to your account and CLICK the SUPPORT button. If you have not yet enrolled in a course an require assitance you can click on the LIVE CHAT button to speak with a representative or submit a support request.
